Educate for Life

On September 7th, the New Generation Private Institute belonging to Youth With A Mission (YWAM) capital of Corrientes, held its annual Educate for Life seminar.

Around 30 teachers from Corrientes capital and Chaco were summoned to this activity that meets every year under the motto Educate for Life and whose purpose is to train professionals in this area to become transformation agents for both their students as within their educational institutions, affecting not only the academic environment of their environment but life itself in the people who live, according to the principles of God.

For this occasion, the speakers were the international leader of the university movement John Hwang and the pastor and founder of the New Generation Institute, David Olivera.

Both spoke about the importance of breaking structures in the way of planning and teaching in the classroom, to achieve a central Christ teaching, built from a biblical worldview and aimed at forming the character of the student according to the model of Jesus, reaching develop in all its spheres in an integral way.

“It has been a very challenging time to discover what Jesus was like as a teacher and decide to imitate him in the classroom with my children.” – says Katerine Gómez, one of the participating teachers.
